About this event
Slough Borough Council is working on the new Autism Strategy. We want to co-produce our vision and Action Plan with the autistic community and listen to the people of Slough to understand your needs and priorities.
We are seeking your input and feedback to create together a vision for the future of Autism Services in Slough and inform the Action Plan that will bring this vision to life.
This is a unique opportunity to have your say and make sure that what that really matter for you and your loved ones is included in the Autism Strategy.
Slough Borough Council is organising two meetings, one online and one in person, to give everyone the opportunity to attend and have their say.
The first event is online and will take place via Microsoft Teams. This event will happen on 15th December – 11:00 am and may last 2-3 hours. People can drop in and out of the session if they prefer to do so. Instructions to join will be sent to all who wish to participate two days before the event. Please remember to book to receive the link with the instructions to join (details below).
The second event will be in person and will take place on 18th December - 11:00 at Observatory House, 25 Windsor Road, SL1 2EL and will last 2-3 hours. We will meet in the Council Chamber (Ground Floor). People can drop in and out the session if they prefer to do so. Booking is preferred but not mandatory.
At the bottom of this letter, you will also find a QR code that you can scan with your phone. This will open a web page with a textbox and a prompt to provide your thoughts in writing if you wish to do so.
After the two events, Slough Borough Council will also send a multi-language questionnaire for those who could not engage with the events.
