Our monthly hospital visiting programme has been running since September 2023. We have spoken to 546 patients, visitors, volunteers, and staff at Frimley, Heatherwood and Wexham Park hospitals. (306 in the last 6 Months)

This Healthwatch project and report seeks to understand the awareness, motivation, and barriers for women in communities of interest taking folic acid, asking them for their experiences and ideas to aid better understanding within the maternity system.

In 2016 the Accessible Information Standard was introduced to give disabled people and people with sensory loss the legal right to receive information from the NHS and local adult social care in a format they choose, so they can understand information and can access communications support if needed.

Slough residents tell us What Matters Most when it comes to health and social care services.

During the autumn of 2022 Slough Borough Council asked Healthwatch Slough to undertake a “Quality Visit” to two supported accommodation projects close to Slough town centre: Hope House and Hope Place.
The project was co-ordinated by Healthwatch Slough in collaboration with the managers of Hope House and Hope Place.
The project aimed to capture feedback from customers about their experiences of living at Hope House and Hope Place.
